
Gustavo Arnal was a chief financial officer of the bankrupt Bed Bath & Beyond who on Friday, August September.

He was been identified as the man who committed suicide by jumping from the 18th floor of a Manhattan skyscraper.
He laid off 20% of its staff, closed 150 stores, and saw its stock price plummet.
It also comes only a few weeks after Arnal was named in a federal class-action lawsuit alleging that he aided the rise in Bed Bath & Beyond stock price in order to profit from the sale of his own shares.
It’s unclear whether Arnal’s apparent suicide was triggered by troubles with the company or legal claims brought against it.
