Instagram model Gena Tew just shared an update with all of her admirers after announcing a few days ago that she had been diagnosed with HIV and was fighting it.The model told a tabloid that she had undergone poor eye surgery and was now completely blind in one eye. Gena underwent surgery to regain her vision in Memphis, Tennessee, in August 2021.
