NASCAR: Fire breaks out on pit road during race after gas can is set ablaze as driver Ty Gibbs drove

In a bizarre incident at Sunday’s YellaWood 500 at Talladega Superspeedway, a gas can sparked up in the race off pit road. Ty Gibbs in the No. 54 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota pulled into pit lane for a stop and filled up on gas. But he pulled away before a pit crew member was able to dislodge the massive fuel can from the car.
